Applications will be assessed, and candidates will receive notification of acceptance by March 30, 2026.

Accepted candidates must then apply for an Erasmus+ grant

(within the Erasmus+ Programme – BIP mobility)

in their International and Mobility Offices for the week of the 13^th to the 17^th of July 2026

(Please remember to travel one day in advance and after)

Please note that you must upload the following documents:

• Citizen Card
• Course (proof of the degree / Transcript of Records (TOR) of the obtained degree)
• Current studies (transcript of Records of the course’ academic years until 31^st December 2025)
• Declaration from the Local or Institutional Coordinator or their representative of the International Relations Office of the Home Institution confirming that the candidate has guaranteed access to funding from the Erasmus+ programme in BIP format.
