Applications will be assessed, and candidates will receive notification of acceptance until the 7^th of April 2025.

Accepted candidates must then apply for an Erasmus+ grant

(within the Erasmus+ Programme – BIP mobility)

in their International and Mobility Offices for the week of the 14^th to the 18^th of July 2025

(please remember to travel one day in advance and after)

Opening of the Call for Submission of the Applications: 2025-02-25

Deadline for submitting applications: 2025-04-01

Please note that you must upload the following documents:

• Citizen Card
• Course (proof of the degree / Transcript of Records of the obtained degree)
• Current studies (transcript of Records of the course’ academic years until 31^st December 2024)
• Declaration from the Local or Institutional Coordinator or their representative of the International Relations Office of the Home Institution confirming that the candidate has guaranteed access to funding from the Erasmus+ programme in BIP format.
